Shipping & Returns

Shipping

•  We will charge for shipping separately once your package is on the way. Shipping charges are not included in jewelry pricing. You will have a choice of shipping with DHL, UPS , Fedex or Express Mail Service.

• We ship direct from Bali, ID for large wholesale orders.

• We ship from Seattle, WA for smaller wholesale and retail orders.

• You may ship using your business account with any of the shippers we use or pay separately by paypal or bank to bank transfer for your ship cost once your order is on the way.

• It takes 3-7 business days to arrive anywhere in the world using DHL, UPS or Fedex.
• Express Mail Service is a lower cost option but can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.                                       
• Once you place your order you will be sent an email confirmation.
•  Another e-mail status update will be sent when your order is shipped
• Orders will be completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on order size and holiday calendar. 
• Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production.
• Upon placing your order, we will contact you directly with an estimated ship date.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping is not included in the prices of our jewelry.
• We can use your company ship account or you can pay shipping via paypal once we send your package.

Packaging

Jewelry will be presented on earring and pendant hang tags.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order for any reason, please contact us within five business days of receiving your order. You will be able to exchange for items of equal value, or you can pay the difference of upgrading to something of a higher value.

• Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope or package and ship returns via UPS, DHL or Fedex.  Shipping insurance is not required but it is recommended.
• Sakti Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
